Elders Without Borders is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the preservation of the wisdom and teachings of our Indigenous Elders and Ancestors. Elders Without Borders is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the preservation of the wisdom and teachings of our Indigenous Elders and Ancestors with the knowledge that their guidance, protection, and support are our compass during the chaos of these changing times.
Algonquin's traditional Elder Grandfather William Commanda was the inspiration for the creation of Elders Without Borders in 1999. The focus was the preservation of the wisdom and teachings, restoring traditional ways of living, reclamation of sacred sites, supporting unification of elders, and reintegration of the Indigenous ways into the lives of all, so we may learn the importance of the preservation of Mother Earth for the future of all humans.
Today as we reintroduce Elders Without Borders the focus has not changed though the needs of the humans have. We are living the prophecies that have been shared with us from our Indigenous Elders years in passing and NOW the humans are looking for the guidance, protection, and support that has always been offered by our Elders and Ancestors.
This site is to offer just that, a reconnection to the traditional ways with innovative ideas with the preservation of the Next 7 Generations at heart. We have created a sacred circle and invite you to join our team as a supporter in any way you feel called.
